Heart of the Family is presenting a teen dating violence prevention workshop  on Saturday, October 18, 2003, at Calvary United Methodist Church, Flint, Michigan, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The workshop is designed to educate youth between the ages of 12-19 to recognize the signs of an abusive relationship and the elements that make up a healthy relationship.

The workshop will be facilitated by Citizens Against Domestic Violence founders Jim & Elsa Croucher.

Flint Mayor James W Rutherford will moderate the program with a live performance by Hal Jackson's Michigan Talented Teens.

Join us in our efforts to end the cycle of abuse that is destroying our families, devastating our communities, and adding to the jail and prison population.

Admission is free and all are welcome regardless of religious affiliation.
